Clean room with comfortable beds. Hotel located near the S-bahn station, and it is easy to get to Hamburg in 30-40 minutes. Because we have small children we looked for a clean room first, and that is what we got. Very nice personal.
It's hard to ventilate the room — other guests are smoking outside, so opening the windows is inconvenient, and the room's ventilation is insufficient. The bathroom is too small.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing – from the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities. The service was top-notch, and every detail was taken care of with great professionalism. The location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed and at home. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

It was a room in the basement, which was not mentioned on the booking or hotel information. Quite spooky to arrive late evening with no one present there and no information ref to check in procedure even though we informed about arival time when booking. We were quite unsatisfied.

The smell to cigarretes outside of the rooms. Really thin wallsl and bathroom ventilator very noisy. I got wake up for the talk on the next room and their ventilator at least 3 times.

A good place for stay with family and free parking. However it takes almost 35 minutes to Hamburg center. It’s a room with comfortable beds for 4 people and a big clean bathroom. All in all I recommend it.
The room was smaller than what I expected. It was a bit noisy in the early mornings.

Hotel is very convenient for the commuter train into Hamburg (5 minute walk) with several restaurants nearby to choose from for eating near the hotel. The balcony was refreshing in the evenings.
The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were very flat.

The only staff was friendly ang polite,the accommodation room was clean and tidy,easy parking.
