Wonderful
Nice room in a rather new and well maintained building. Good location near public transport, restaurants, daily shopping and attractions. Good beds.
It would be nice with some shelves or bookcases for papers and other kind of equipment. The middle of the flat is rather dark a bit more light would be nice

I liked convenient parking in underground garage, free washing and drying machines, fully equipped kitchen, very close location of REWE supermarket.
It is a self-check-in kiosk. Even if you choose an English it is still gives you German keyboard, which covers half of screen so you don't see what you are typing until you close keyboard. With different keys on German keyboard it is easy to have a typo, then you need to repeat a process of blind filling the answer with German keyboard. Another thing is that all utensils are there in the kitchen cabinet, but it is really difficult to locate the drawer they are in. I went to supermarket to buy forks (they only have wood ones which don't work), then next morning I asked about it and got the tip how to find a drawer.

On site private parking garage and close distance to restaurants and pier.
Obviously stayed it a ‘pet room’ the couch smelled like ‘dog’ and it was noticeable when first I walked into the room. The cutlery all had old food stuck to it. The halls weren’t vacuumed/clean, but I saw house keeping in my hall on 2 days but still dirty. Hair on my stairs when I checked in. Location to St. Michael’s means you hear the bells go off every 15 mins, even at night.

The property is great, modern, well designed and beautifully decorated in a minimalist style. It was super convenient to have everything neared in a compact kitchen area and the bed was super comfortable.
There is a Brazilian style club and bar below the apartments with a little noise of fun times on the weekend. Some people might be bothered by this.

Clean, good size of the apartment, equipped enough, easy check in/out, there were so many restaurants nearby, good grocery with fresh pastries 5 min walk from the hotel, close to the seafront. Also they have luggage room where you can keep your goods for a while

The entire property was beautifully designed and very high quality
The automated arrival process didn't work. My reservation was not recognized and I had to wait over an hour at midnight for someone to let me into my room.

Comfortable and stylish!!!! Everything you would expect for a self catering unit. This was like home away from home ? . Very friendly and helpful staff. The unit is 100m from the Elbe river where you can get the hop on hop off busses and do a river cruise. Next to the famous St Michel church.

It’s an excellent hotel, with beautifully decorated rooms and high-end equipment. Central venue, with lots of restaurants down the street, river bank and Elbphilharmonie in a ten-minute walk. We’ve been staying for the second time in this hotel and will return when again in Hamburg. Highly recommended.
