When we first checked in, the room had a strong toilet smell and made us feel nauseous, so we requested a room change. The second room we were given had not been cleaned; there were towels on the floor and even a dog food bowl in the room when we entered. After so many issues, we requested a refund and wanted to leave the property. However, the hotel said they would charge us for the first day and insisted that we stay. Later, they gave us a third room, which was nice, but this time the air conditioner was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Only the location is ok
The rooms are so cold, even though we had hilton honor memberships reception never asked or mentioned it we had to force them to type our numbers in, no coffee or tea after breakfast?! This ain’t Italy.

It was very near to City Center with a bus ride approximately 10 minutes. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast has many options, and all were fresh.

Breakfast was nice.
he room was extremely cold and uncomfortable. When we first entered the room, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, which is completely unacceptable. We had to clean it ourselves. Despite there being two guests in the room, only one bath towel was provided. When we requested an additional towel, we were told to come to the reception to collect it ourselves, instead of it being delivered to the room.
Additionally, the hair dryer was burnt and unusable. We reported this issue, but no action was taken and it was not replaced. When we contacted the reception again, we were once again told to come and pick it up ourselves. Overall, the level of service and cleanliness was far below acceptable standards and very disappointing.

The breakfast was fine. The front desk help was a little hard to work with. I asked for sheets and a blanket for the pullout bed as I requested two beds to begin with. They said they had no sheets and no blanket. They did however, come up with two sheets. I also found a wad of gum stuck to the countertop, which means the room was not cleaned efficiently before our arrival.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very attentive as would be expected for a Hilton Hotel.
Street entrance lacked pride. Taxi parked and luggage in snow slush. Expected this area to be keep clear of snow ice slush. Taxi booking via reception a complete failure. No booking confirmation from reception staff, gave them a two hour headsup for 815am pickup. 850am still waiting. Only got a booking reference when demanded it.
