had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

It was very easy to get to from Hauptbahnhof station. Actually better to catch 12 bus which stops right outside. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel location is fine, 20min walk from eg Speicherstadt, bus station from city 0min, to the city 3min walk, but the options for going out to dinner in the immediate vicinity of the hotel are very limited, in fact very poor..... The hotel itself does not have its own restaurant, offering only breakfast, which was of good quality and sufficient; however, for a Hilton, I would expect a bit more. Parking in the garage is okay, including bike racks. The hotel room is of good quality, but it lacks a minibar or a small fridge.

The staff and location
In the breakfast, there was no vegan option which gave us no option but to eat again breakfast from outside. Rest everything was fine.

When we first checked in, the room had a strong toilet smell and made us feel nauseous, so we requested a room change. The second room we were given had not been cleaned; there were towels on the floor and even a dog food bowl in the room when we entered. After so many issues, we requested a refund and wanted to leave the property. However, the hotel said they would charge us for the first day and insisted that we stay. Later, they gave us a third room, which was nice, but this time the air conditioner was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
