Wonderful
Lovely Hotel with fantastic location. Easy access to all landmarks by bus or subway or on foot. Rooms are clean and proper with comfortable beds and convenient coffee,tea & water. Breakfast has good choices for everyone. Pianobar is great place to chill and enjoy the live music while taking a cocktail.
It would be better if the Parking get a reduced rate for the guests. Proactively planning the rush hour breakfast will help the guests and staff.

Outstanding, Clean comfortable and quiet room, confirmed Marriott quality of a hotel.
Not impressed with the management of a very busy breakfast at 9am on Friday morning. No tables available, no host to help until I asked. Was directed to sit in the area by the piano, but there was no set up for coffee, cutlery, etc.. had to wait too long and was almost late for my business meeting.

This hotel is in an excellent, central location, very convenient for public transport and visiting the sights. Clean facilities and comfortable rooms, the pool was also a highlight of our stay. Very family friendly and exceptional buffet breakfast. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hamburg.

Great location, great beds, nice and spacious room, modern yet cosy.
Breakfast restaurant (way) too small. Had to wait almost half an hour to get a table for a 'group' of 4. Prices in the pianobar are ridiculous.

LOCATION
RESTAURANT. I BOOKED ROOM FOR 2 AND PAID FOR TWO BREAKFAST. MY SPOUSE DID NOT FINALLY TRAVEL BUT WHEN I ASKED IF I GET ANY CREDIT THEY RESPONDED THE PRICE PAID IS THE SAME WHICH IS NOT CORRECT. ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT A MATTER OF PRINCIPAL.

Great staff, nice rooms, in a very nice and convenient part of Hamburg
Mainly deducting points for my experience of the pool. The hotel should make it clearer this is really a family pool and not for relaxing. The “family” hours were not enforced and there were still kids there splashing and throwing balls every night I stayed past 8/9 pm. Also lots of talking in the sauna. Much less of a “spa” experience than comparable hotels I have stayed at in Europe and I wish I knew this before booking.
