Clean and modern. Plenty of parking in lot nearby. Quiet. Pleasant view. Nice to have coffee maker and coffee/tea in room! Internet good.

Not far from the train station and customer service was good. There is a medium supermarket just behind the hotel.
The area around the hotel feel unsafe walking but nothing happened.

Comfortable bed. Fridge. How shower.
10 min walk to station and City centre 3 stops away. Supermarket next door.
Parking is not free as street parking is impossible to find. Narrow back streets to find the hotel. Listing said courtyard/ terrace view, it was an unattractive view. See photo.
No iron, no kettle.

AC was not working, looks like a hot chamber and and even after complaints no resolution provided, I have been promised that manager will contact me in 3 days and I am still waiting a response from him

That was the worsest hotel I have ever seen. Firt day there was no soap at the washroom. We skipped cleaning for the second day on the tablet in the room. But larter I called asked for new Towel, since the towel was dirty. The receiption told me since you have skipped the room cleaning, only we accept to clean again, if you email us to clean again. The safe box in the room did not worked and on the day 3 after 3 times, they have fixed it. It seems that was a low rate hostle rather than a hotel.

The train/ bus stops near in 7 min walk distance. Good connection with the city.
Breakfast tasty and with rich choice. Many shops around.
Coffee machine in the room
There was noise from the street as the main road of trucks goes near, but not so enjoying possible to rest at night

Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious with a bath tub. Breakfast was good. Tablet provided in the room was a nice extra. Had a good stay.
Neighborhood isn't the nicest of Hamburg, but did not feel unsafe. Free public parking spots might be limited, the general area has a parking spots shortgage.
