Expensive and surprised no turn down service in the evening, just left with two thin towels for evening and morning and paid over £400 for one night

The staff in all areas were exceptionally professional, friendly and supportive.
The spa area is excellent.
Given the high standards we are used to at the hotel, several issues marred our most recent stay:
- the first room we were given had a safe that was not large enough to fit a laptop (thankfully, the receptionist moved us to another room without any issues).
- the internet connection in our room was unstable at times.
- the floor lamp started flickering two or three times a day.
The biggest issue, however, occurred on our last night at the hotel, when we had dinner at the Brasserie Flum and had to wait more than one hour for our food. When we complained, we were told there had been a “miscommunication with the kitchen.” No compensation was offered, and we were not even asked whether we would like additional (paid) beverages despite the fact that our glasses were empty after the long wait. As this dinner was the last one of our stay, it only amplified our disappointment.
