A large hotel with a few restaurants. All good food. Comfortable.
The reception staff were a little difficult to deal with and had a “we know best” attitude. We did not enjoy this condescending customer service.

Breakfast was nice, and service from the staff was lovely
But it's a very overpriced hotel - from a value for money perspective, I would say that there are much nicer hotels in Hamburg and that are a little more modern, this one just looks tired and aged. Nothing special - it was my birthday, I told them in advance, and tried to reach out to make a reservation for restaurants, but did not get a response

Good location, wide range of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, exceptional quality of food in restaurants (it’s was delicious). Special thanks to the bartender for the wonderful Margarita
In the bathroom we have only bath gel There was no soap by the sinks and no shower gel by the bidet. Bed was uncomfortable
