I love the interior, the decor felt modern but very warm and welcoming. The ceiling was high and gave a feeling of the room being extra spacious. These Rituals toiletries were so nice. Staff was very accommodating and incredibly polite. Breakfast was amazing, and again super polite crew there! The locations is great as well, a lot of good restaurants around. Overall super satisfied I will definitely stay there again when in Hamburg.
The only tiny downside for me was that the pillows were a bit low since I prefer higher ones, but it really wasn’t a big deal, and I’m sure if I had mentioned it, the staff would have happily provided extras; aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Nice big room with good beds. We really liked the breakfast.
We are not sure about the location, we didn’t really see too many things close by and we ended taking taxis to and from places.
We were a bit disappointed about the spa, which is just a sauna and a steam bath, and we had to pay 19euros each person, despite being guests at the hotel. The price seemed very high for what we got.

The location was ideal for my business meetings nearby. The room was comfortable and really well laid out which allowed me to rest and work. The Hotel interior overall is fabulous and super interesting. All round a perfect hotel for me.
Not a dislike, but I arrived late due to a delayed flight and missed the kitchen which finishes at 10pm. Maybe offering even a cold sandwich for late night room service would be good.
