Location is amazing. Great amount of space for a family. Also, having a washing machine was very nice.
2 small things. We wish we would have had a broom or vacuum since there is no daily cleaning service. We were traveling with 3 young kids and it was hard to keep up with the crumbs. Also the paper doors to the bedrooms made it difficult to put down the baby and enjoy time to ourselves as light and sound travelled through the paper easily.

The location of the hotel was excellent — right in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance, including the Christmas market, Rathaus, shopping malls, and many attractions. It made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable.
The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request.

Great location! The is a beautiful, well equipped, secure, and comfortable apartment. The train station is about a 10 minute walk, downtown is super close as well as the Christmas markets. Check in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and kind. We were shown our apartment and given instructions regarding where things were and how to operate the blinds etc. Great water pressure, plenty of hot water and heated floors in the bathroom. If you need more coffee capsules, sugar, dishwasher detergent, etc., you can find it in the reception area.
The pillows are long, flat and narrow. I folded them so they were a bit less flat. Minor issue.

Great location. Only 5 minutes from Hauptbahnhof (train station). Busses and metro near by as well. Management went out of their way to make sure we knew where everything is located in town. Room was great. Button controlled room darkening shades were definitely appreciated. It has a washer/dryer combo that worked like a champ, but you need to ask how to use it. Also they have either a convection oven or a microwave. I used it and I’m still not sure what it was. I asked ChatGPT and it said it was not a microwave, but when I heated something for one minute, it was hot and the dish wasn’t. Hmmm. There were three of us so we enjoyed the sliding wall between the two beds. The shower really spoiled us. They have a good fridge which we used. They also have an induction stove top that I used to boil water. It worked great, but then I found a hot water pot in the closet, so we used that instead. They also have a Nespresso which worked fine, but I’m more of an American coffee drinker so I brought Starbucks instant packs. There are restaurants on both sides of the entry door and all around the neighborhood. There is a great strolling/shopping area less than two blocks away. Grocery store in the train station or nearby where the shopping is.
Aside from being a bit on the pricey side compared to other cities, there really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I would definitely stay there again. I think considering all of the amenities it had, the price was probably about right-ish.

Perfect location, amazing soundproofing of rooms, finally a blackout that is really a blackout and obscures the whole room, nicely equipped kitchen and exceptional staff, extremely polite and helpful.

Very nice modern facility.
The entry doors to the bedroom are not really sound proof, meaning one cannot cook breakfast without disturbing another party. The entry way light doesn’t work (a burnt out light bulb?)

Fantastic space and quality of apartment. Felt very secure and safe. Perfect location. Very clean and nice furnishings. Good sound insulation.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Location is excellent! It is near the central station and central street of Hamburg, you can reach everything you need. The staff are very friendly. We did self check in and it was so easy. I definitely recommend this place!
