Clean, uncluttered reception. Great location near restaurants and the Alster. Room a good size, very clean, exceptionally comfortable beds and fabulous shower.

The area, the bar & resturant in hotel,, quick taxis to hotel, the staff were very kind and professional. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was superb.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, maybe a memory foam topper would help
