I liked that I received a nice bath robe with slippers as soon as I checked in. I enjoyed the pool. The shuttle to the airport was on time. The driver was very friendly. I would stay there again.
It would have been nice if continental breakfast had been included. I almost got lost in the pool area, could not find the elevator to take me back to room.

Rooms and Hotels were very clean. Very quiet despite proximity to Hamburg Airport. Resteraunt meals were very good and reasonably priced. Airport shuttle service was topnotch.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable to enjoy a good night’s sleep. The hotel was chosen for it’s location to the airport and it offered a free shuttle bus service (5 min.) drive. We found that there was little choice of restaurants that were within walking distance. I’m glad we did decide to stay and eat in-house as we thoroughly enjoyed all our meals. There was a broad selection on the menu and fresh baked breads served to the table.
We were happy with our entire stay.

The carpet design in the hallways looks like there are dirty tire treads—that is on purpose, but at first glance, the design looks like the carpet is really dirty :)

GPS to your hotel was a nightmare. I circled around a three mile block a couple times before I finally found it. I suspect this is not necessarily your fault, but maybe work with Google and/or Ways to get a better experience for customers.

I liked the architecture of the building: more of a classic, two story country house rather than an ugly functional box. Breakfast and dinner were good. Great transfer service from the airport: didn't have to wait at all.
The barman could have been more friendly but maybe it had been a bad day...

The door in the garage area to the reception desk is not clearly marked. We went out one of the emergency exit doors and got locked out back of the building. Please mark the door for others so they don’t make the same mistake. Thank you to the lady working late that let us in the back door.

Location was very good. Breakfast was awesome.
Dinner was not really warm.
Garage was very narrow, not a lot of spacious spots. Some cars even took 2 spots or parked where it was prohibited.
Water of the swimming pool was too cold.

Nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Excellent front desk staff. Quick shuttle pick up. Great location for those flying out. Quiet despite proximity to airport. Nice soap products.
Light fixtures need a little dusting, but otherwise very clean. Gap between wall and shower glass caused shower water to leak onto floor.

True king bed. Large room. Nice bathroom. Right next to airport but quiet. Nice restaurant. Staff very friendly. Shuttle very prompt.

Very close to the airport. When we called for a ride to the hotel from the airport, they came right away. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was huge with separate bedroom, living area and bathroom with doors.

Room is on ground floor, but no big issue. Just took a whule until hot water came. good quality, and shuttle works before 11 pm
