It was clean and a 10-15 minute walk from everything around. Close to a train station.
I should have added a daily room fixing. Mainly the bed, to give the stay a more hotel like feeling

The free drinks were really convenient, and the room was spacious.
The breakfast was awful. If you’re a tourist, I’d definitely recommend not including breakfast, as you can find much better options outside the hotel. One of the staff members was really nice, but the other didn’t understand what was being asked when I requested a proper business invoice. It took a long time, and even then it was difficult to explain what was needed, it felt like he didn’t fully understand how the process works. It’s also worth noting that both the rooms and the hotel itself are quite old and outdated. This wasn’t a major issue for me, the room was clean and had everything I needed, but it could matter to some guests. As for the location, it’s not very convenient when it comes to public transportation. It works well if you’re walking and the weather is good, but that can be questionable, since the weather is often not great.

We couldn’t open the window because of the noisy road. that was the only negative about the room .. the location was great.

Great location. There are two train locations super close to the hotel. A lot of sight seeing nearby too. Wish our stay in Hamburg was longer!

The fitness room is too small (smaller than the sleeping room) and missing basic equipment. Missing heavier weights, missing bench press (with cable at least)

The location was close to city center, you can walk to the main attractions and also, the place of boat tour was close.
The breakfast was very good. The room was good.
I used the sofa in the one-bedroom apartment as we were three. The sofa is foldable for sleeping place but was very rough and noisy.

Most of the staff are friendly and efficient
Except one of the front desk staff when he was asked by my son to have towels he implied on funny way that towels should not be requested only after one week not after two days of arrival.
