The spa and sauna is so awesome. Really good setup and very convenient. The restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food us fantastic as well. Excellent location from the airport within walking distance
The vending machine on the 3rd floor is a little expensive and it sells red wine bottles that need a cork screw. Very little I didn't like so I had to think of something to complain about

Comfortable rooms. Clean. The staff was nice. Small gym that gets the job done.
The communication beforehand was difficult. I gave my check in time, they declined without a note (luckily no problem upon arrival). I was charged twice for the stay, one was later refunded. As part of the conference I ordered the vegetarian lunch option. Nevertheless the Vorspeise hat meatballs in the soup. And the pasta main dish was with parmesan. I think they can do a bit of work on that front.
