It was not possible to get a coffee before 7a.m.
The instant coffee in the room is in my opinion not coffee and I had to go to the gas station next door and pay for coffee.

Bottle water €4 in room - no water otherwise provided
Sauna not managed at all. Couldn’t contact to book massage. No Bathrobes or large towels. One had to ‘purchase’ for €5 with a €75 refundable deposit. Never seen that before.
No body cream etc. in the bedroom which was a ‘superior room’ apparently which we thought very basic for a 4 star plus. One face cloth for a couple? And no slippers or robes etc
Horrible location - in middle of an industrial site. Very unflattering
I know I was in Germany but the receptionist that dealt with us had zero English and very poor communication

Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was excellent in that regard. Everything was spotless and well-organized.
The hotel was also modern and well-equipped in terms of technology and facilities. The design, colors, and overall atmosphere were very calming and pleasant.
The heating system worked perfectly. Unlike many hotels where you may feel cold, this one had a very comfortable temperature thanks to the radiator system.
Overall, the cleanliness, organization, and peaceful environment were truly impressive.
The location was not ideal, and I didn’t feel very safe in the surrounding area.
However, one positive point was that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making access to public transportation very easy.
Also, the hotel did not provide slippers, and surprisingly, they charged about $2.5 for them. This felt unusual, as in many hotels slippers are either free or not provided at all.

Staff on the floor was friendly. Check-in was okay. Sadly I complained about some things but nobody ever got in touch with me since then. The Wellness Area looked really nice.
I chose this hotel specifically to relax and spend a peaceful day in the wellness center, which, at first glance, is a very pleasant and well-designed space. I rented a sauna bag for €5, which was supposed to include everything needed for the sauna. Unfortunately, it did not contain slippers. When I asked the wellness staff, I was told that slippers were no longer provided because they were considered “too slippery.”
As there was no alternative offered, I had no choice but to walk barefoot. However, the floor was extremely slippery when wet, and I slipped several times. This made the sauna experience stressful rather than relaxing and raised concerns about guest safety.
Unfortunately, the situation continued the next morning. My room was located directly next to the staff elevator, which was used frequently from around 5:30 a.m. onward. The noise was loud enough to wake me and keep me that way, making it impossible to get the restful sleep I had specifically come for.
As relaxation was the sole purpose of my stay, I left feeling exhausted and disappointed. The experience did not meet reasonable expectations for comfort, safety, or rest, and it ultimately felt like a poor use of both time and money.
What I found particularly disappointing was the lack of follow-up. I informed the receptionist about these issues, yet no one reached out afterward or offered any acknowledgment. This lack of response further contributed to my overall dissatisfaction.
