Good
Very nice clean and comfortable room with view to the lake Alster.
Very stylish and classic lobby. Very good breakfast and restaurant for the evening.
Not customer oriented reception and concierge service. Even informing reception in time about the reason (wedding) of our stay the pre-ordered champagne was not in the room and the restaurant was not booked at the day requested.

The Atlantic is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in luxury plus ,with a magnificent Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was out of this world.

The hotel has a very specific exclusive and old-fashioned luxury, seldom found nowadays. Our car and luggage were taken care of as we parked outside the hotel - nice! The hotel has a very luxurious design with a huge lobby, nice bars and restaurants on the ground floor. The staff is very attentive. The room we got was large with a large and well-equipped bathroom with both a bath tub and a large shower cabin. The location is very good.

Wonderful
A wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is elegant, classy, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing
The reception staff were not very helpful or welcoming when I accidentally booked the wrong date. They claimed there was no availability for the room I wanted, but Booking support managed to arrange it in the end.
