Just the location
They didn't provide a WIFI to me, they said they will fix it and they don't. It is horrible how such hotels do this to their customers. Also, the hairdryer was without its head, which made it difficult to get a proper hairstyle. Also the room is too compact , so combining everything I didn't like.

The staff was very friendly, we arrived earlier and they the staff was friendly to allow us into the room. It was very helpful as we arrived via overnight train... Our stay was pleasant and the check in and check out was fast and easy...
The toilets are separate from the room and bathroom, but that wasn't too much of a problem.

We stayed only one night and it was ok, comfy beds. I missed the info about no toilet in fhe room (only aind and shower) but that's on me. There were toilets at the end of the corrider, was fine for one night. the water pressure was not great on the shower, but the room was fine. Clean and not too small for 2 people. Would stay again for a night or two.

It’s the second time we stayed we booked it cause of the free parking just for a quick overnight stay
The Reception, when I told him the heater is not working he said it’s a rule in whole germany heaters are closed from 11 pm to 6 am and he have to wear heavy clothes and blankets to sleep. That was the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in my life , I’ve stayed more than 30 times in germany and at least 10 of them were in winter and we never had this issue before , so the person to assume that this is our first time and we will believe anything he says that was stupid. I wouldn’t have booked it with a baby with me if I knew they don’t put the heaters on at nights. And they should say it clear. So if ur a family with young kids don’t book this place in winter.
