Very Good
The location was great. The room comfy, clean and sufficient. We liked that we could open a window for fresh air. The breakfast location was outstanding.
The breakfast was okay for the price, but it could have been fresher and offered more variety.

During check-in and check out everyone was friendly, I liked coffee in the room and there were two capsules options (different intensity)
I personally didn’t like the hotel. First what surprised me - the bathroom had no door and this was not obvious to me during the booking.
The bench at the entrance of the room looked dirty and I would not want to sit down on that one.
The soundproofing is not good in my opinion, I was listening to the neighbors stomping all night and then all morning long.
At 6am the TV suddenly turned on and scared me so much!
So overall my impression of the hotel is not pleasant as I didn’t get the rest I needed.

Disappointing
The hotel was clean and looked nice overall. The room itself was also quite pleasant and comfortable. Location is good too.
For €195 per night, we expected much better. There was no fridge in the room, which was particularly inconvenient as we were travelling with a baby and needed to store milk. The only option offered was a shared fridge at the bar downstairs or upgrade to another room with a fridge for €40.
The baby cot was provided without a sheet, so we had to use our own, which we accidentally left behind and the hotel was unable to find the next day.
The bathroom had no door at all, so everything could be heard from the room, which was especially inconvenient with a sleeping baby.
Communication was also poor: we called several times before our stay and were repeatedly promised a callback, but nobody ever called back.
Overall, the hotel was simply not worth €195 per night, and we would not stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and immaculately well-kept. Everything was clean and in great order. I appreciated that despite the open bathroom concept the toilets were separated by an extra door. The service was lovely, breakfast was full of options, including freshly prepared dishes like pancakes and eggs.
The breakfast room got a little crowded at times. There seems to be a mismatch between the number of guests accommodated through rooms and those that can comfortably fit the breakfast room. Also, the TV kept turning itself on every time you entered your room even if it had been switched off when you'd left, so that led to the occasional scare with respect to the sudden noise in my room. Not a feature I see any use in, really just very irritating.

The location is excellent and the view was perfect, scenic and quiet. I also like that there is a terrace facing the water.
It really annoyed me that the ventilation cannot be switched off completely. I hate air blowing at me.
