The room is big with good facilities including washing machine and kitchen appliances.
The room is not cleaning every day although the hotel said we can request but they still didn't do it.

Excellent Location and very good breakfast !
We booked Adina so that kids can spend some time in Swimming pool however it was not fit for kids , its very deep for 6 to 10 year kids. and there was no such reference mentioned in booking details.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and organised. The apartment kitchenette was fully equipped and made it easy preparing a simple meal there. I also like the pool and sauna facilities.

Great connection to town via subway, quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Spa area is nice.
Parking around the hotel is difficult and often impossible; take something a bit farther away to avoid challenges. The internet seems very slow, and normal pages had trouble loading. Streaming TV for your kid is best done via your own data.

Excellent location, really close to main attractions, but a bit away from the crowds. The room was awesome, looked better than on pics and had more than enough space for the family of 3. Equipped with literally everything one can need. Very clean.
I did not like the breakfast at all. Food was not the best quality. But the worst was that they were not cleaning the tables. Every morning we witnessed the same situation, the tables were left with piles of plates and cups for a really long time and until some new guests show up and ask the waiters to clean it. Nobody was cleaning the tables proactively and you had to chase the stuff for clean forks and knives. I can understand that it's difficult to regulate the crowd in the morning and at some peak hours the breakfast area becomes too busy. But it was not the case here and I did not see any effort or proactive attitude from the staff, they were quite relaxed. Given that the kitchen is so nicely equipped in the room, I would advise not to pay for breakfast, totally not worth it. Other than that, the hotel is ideal in my opinion.

The location is excellent, being only one tube stop away from the centre of the city and two away from the central train station. The bedroom was ideal, equipped with everything you require.
We thought the breakfast was very expensive and because this only had it on our final morning.
