The location was great, not in the center but very well connected. The hotel was generally good, with friendly staff and nice bar area. The room was comfortable and spacious.
We stayed for 4 nights and they didnt clean our room, except for the last day. They have a green policy that they apply which says they only clean after the 3rd night but we were there with our dogs, paying extra and expecting that they would at least refresh the room and change towels/sheets. When I asked they just gave me new towels.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. It was a bit on the small size but I should have looked at the square footage before booking.
A bit pricey. But the location made up for it.

The kitchen and space was a huge bonus. The staff were excellent and the location was perfect for our trip
The washing machine in our apartment was not working and this made doing the laundry very inconvenient. Thankfully we had friends in another room who let us use theirs. That was the main disappointment in an otherwise good stay

- positioned in the centre, 10 min walk to Rathaus
- kitchenette in the room, with washing machine and iron board and kitchen appliances
- comfortable bed (not too soft, not too firm)
- swimming pool 12mx5mx1.5m, cool water, could be used for easy swim, gym, sauna
- pro active approach with arranging early (4:30 am) small breakfast because of Ironman event on Sunday morning
- sufficient number of wall sockets
- service is ok, breakfast is ok, room space is fine - but for that price we expected a bit more, similar to other venues with such price where we stayed
- garage capacity is so-so; receptionist said they have another garage lots 300m away, we were lucky to park the car in the hotel garage when another guest left
- no active ventilation in bathroom
- lighting in the room could be much better

Spacious room, great location, friendly staff.
The hotel's standard practice was to provide room cleaning every third day for environmental reasons, with guests having the option to request more frequent cleaning if desired. While this approach is entirely understandable and commendable from a sustainability perspective, it should also be reflected in the pricing. It is difficult to justify maintaining the same room rates while offering a reduced level of service. If fewer services are provided, customers would reasonably expect this to be taken into account in the price.
