Nothing.
We chose this hotel based on the booking.com photos of an exceptionally good looking bar which we considered would be a perfect place to meet up with colleagues for evening drinks after intensely long conference days. However, to our shock, we found there is no bar in the hotel, only a restaurant. Coincidentally, we found the exact bar from the photos in another hotel, half a block away which happens to be a sister hotel. I cannot believe that they can get away with advertising a facility within the hotel that does not exist.
As we had booked to stay 4 nights we requested to be moved to the sister hotel and were told that it was fully booked but that Management would follow up with by text or email the following morning. However, they never did bother to follow up with us which was not surprising.
A further disappointment is that hotel is themed to appeal to adolescents/ young adults which being of mature years, provided no facilities of any use or comfort to us. The mid brown, limp shag pile bedroom carpet looked old and unclean. The bed lamp base was a plastic rubber toy, walls covered in cartoon wallpaper with a feature a rope ladder on the wall (for exercise I am guessing!) and bicycles placed everywhere in the communal areas including the stairs. When is needed to sit on the modular leather lounge blocks in the small foyer near the front desk I almost fell through to the floor, so opted to sit on a small wooden stool instead. Absolutely bad style over comfort!

Nice location right in the heart of Hafencity. Quirky, but comfortable hotel and you get your own plush seagull to comfort you at night - SCHLAFMÖWE!
I think the door to our room was faulty. A lot of noise from the hall came through.

Almost everything looks fantastic with us . The location is pretty good for tourism purposes.
I don't know if it's the normal practice.but the room is been clean every other day. But it wasn't bad at all.

Geniales Ambiente mit liebevoller und stylischer Einrichtung. Tolle Zimmer, Bäder und Gemeinschaftsräume. Beim Frühstück selbst zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage an der Speicherstadt ist ebenfalls super. Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut wenngleich das für diesen Aufpreis auch besser der Fall sein sollte.
Die Parksituation ist eine Katastrophe und der Umgang damit äußerst unprofessionell. Nur ein kleiner Teil der Parkplätze ist für Hotelgäste (Preislich ok). Wenn man nun reinfährt kommt man nicht wieder raus ohne die Parkkarte an der Rezeption zu entwerten d.h. man muss zwangsläufig sein Fahrzeug ins Halteverbot stellen und schnell zur Rezeption laufen. Nach 8h Anreise mit Auto wird man dann recht pampig empfangen mit „möchtest DU parken oder einchecken“. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse wünsche ich mir einen wesentlich professionelleren Umgang. Klar das Personal ist freundlich aber mit dem duzen und dem überforderten Empfang sollte man definitiv nochmal nachbessern. Frühstück hab ich für 2 Zimmer und 3 Personen gebucht und es war auch jedesmal eine Zitterpartie dass man dann auch wirklich zum Frühstück kommt also auch da ist mehr Routine dringend vonnöten. Reinigung alle 2 Tage ist in dieser Preisklasse auch ein No Go und hat nichts mit Umweltschutz zu tun.
