The location was really good with lots of shops (Westfield) and a few restaurants around.
The city centre was close to walk to.
Room was spacious and very comfortable and the decor (sailor themed) was cool.
The room was dark because of insufficient lighting.

Very cool and individually styled room in a beautiful historic building, large and spacy, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good shower. Very nice in-house restaurant (Neni) and bar (Boilerman). Perfect location for exploring the Hafencity.
No coffee in the room, only tea.

Styling of the rooms and hotel is work well for Hamburg. Great location both for things in the area and for transport
Room was a little bit noisy as noise from the bar underneath came through. Not a big deal though as the bar seemed to shut around midnight

Excellent property decorated with great attention to detail - every corner reflects Hamburg's maritime history. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. Exceptional location, just steps from the Maritime Museum and well-connected by the nearby metro station. The Westfield shopping center is also within walking distance. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, and very courteous staff. The restaurant is open until evening and offers a fairly extensive menu. It's a bit small, so I'd recommend booking in advance. I had a wonderful stay.
Two very small water bottles for two people and two days are a bit a small quantity, would be nice to have the water refilled daily.

Staff really nice, cozy interior and best of all the large brass table in the Neni restaurant!

Very Poor
It is the second time I stay with 25hours hotel and struggle with getting e-invoice. I’m being promised to have one. But I don’t receive it. I contact reception afterwards and ask to send it - but to no avail. There is now no intention to save paper cause next time this would the most convenient way to get it - is to print immediately. Very sad.

Good location and good service
Fire alarms in the morning, I woke up three times because of them and didn't hear any proper explanations, instructions, or apologies.
I booked the largest room, and in fact the layout of the room was completely different than in the photos, which I usually accept as normal, but in this case it plays a big role.
