The restaurant served nice food and the staff were very efficient. The room was bright and airy.
Unable to get wifi in the restaurant which made it impossible to translate the menu from Polish to English. There was no facility to make tea or coffee in the bedroom.

The idea is great-everything is basically right there. Our hotel building and room was very nice, modern and comfortable. The lake is great, plenty of room even when the weather is nice and there is a big crowd. The amenities are nice, there is a beach bar with snacks, drinks, etc…the water skiing machine option is a nice bonus for the brave! The restaurant options are varied and there seems to be adequate seating even at breakfast.
The staff…I understand that times are tough in this industry (Hotel/Restaurant) in Germany and many other parts of the world right now with being understaffed, underpaid and overworked but it still baffles me that you can’t just show a modicum of respect and friendliness! From the reception to the restaurant the staff seemed just simply annoyed by our mere existence and wanting to spend our money there!!! To be fair-the beach bar employees seemed to be on top of their customer service game so no issue there and whoever runs that needs to have a good talk with the other employees STAT! What could’ve been a perfect weekend stay was disappointing due to a number of bizarre encounters with annoyed staff.

The only thing that could be improved, is the bed. I am a big boy (99kg), and the matras was soft and thin. So I practically laid on the wooden planks.

Brand new hotel room provided in a comfort room. Very spacious and nicely equipped. Heated floors in the bathroom. Nice location around the beach and water sports area. Nature trails and environment.
There were no black out curtains on the main windows and there was no blind on the bathroom window (granted it was facing a forest out, and perhaps more about the German spa attitude where nudity is normal). The breakfast was pricey (19Euro) considering the type of food offered. Would have been nice to have a potato option to go with the scrambled eggs / bacon. Having cured salmon would also be nice which was missing. Food was fresh though. Could also improve by having some fresh juice (pineapple, grapefruit, orange) instead of juice style drink coming out of a machine.
