Poor
Very simple German style hotel with a decent restaurant.
No elevators (of course my room was on the second floor, so I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs), the room I stay in had no refrigerator or AC, although they did provide a floor standing fan. A double size bed with only one very flimsy pillow and blanket. One bath & hand towel for a two day stay. Check in is at 3pm, but on Sundays they lock the front door at 2pm, so they need to give you an access code to enter the lobby and get your own key, and hope that everything is OK with the room.

Restaurant didn't help me with food, while I was at 09.15 pm at the restaurant and could not have dinner. I was send away to a pizzeria in the neighborhood.

Based ourselves at this hotel for 3 nights while visiting family with our 2 dogs .perfect place to stay for local area and dogs welcome by staff , would recommend..

Food was amazing, rooms were spotless, staff went over and above, to help, with our train queries, nothing was any trouble, we will be booking again for next year.

Very nice related atmosphere, good breakfast, comfortable beds. Great place for a stay. It’s mostly a place for seniors. Very helpful staff.
Not enough space at the staircase to climb if you’re carrying heavy luggage, but I’m sure the staff would help.

Hotel rooms were incredibly clean and comfy. Brilliant value for money. Staff were all very helpful and spoke brilliant English, which helped on our trip. Also, great communication in the lead up to our journey to ensure everything went smoothly and our large group was accommodated or well.

Lovely comfortable hotel, as to be expected in a small German town away from the tourist areas. Very helpful and friendly staff, who all spoke good English. The crowning glory was the restaurant which served the most delicious food. The beef roulade was to die for !!! Would recommend thio lovely hotel.
Only regret that I could stay just one night.
