comfortable bed and nice size room
noisy streets sounds middle of night, road sweeper, 530am newspaper distribution into letter boxes.
Bad attitude staff at check in at the restaurant of this hotel! TOTALLY RUDE, no customer service and brushed us off. Restaurant closes at 930pm. we were there at 845pm and they refused to serve us food. We informed hotel we will be arriving before 9 and will be dining at their restaurant and was told that it is not an issue at all
We had to walk to another restaurant whose kitchen was closed. But we begged for food and help and they were kind enough to reopen the kitchen to cook something up for us.

Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town. Courteous and helpful staff and easy check-in. Close to many sights, good restaurants and shopping - very convenient location.

Great modern apartment, very big and great for a big family traveling together, and it was great for us with a baby.
Location - right in the middle of old Goslar
Breakfast and restaurant were splendid
The hotel staff were amazing and helpful all the time.
Dedicated parking space
You do have to climb some steep strais, so assume that loading your luggage would be harder than usual, but you could use the internal space to store that and there is a dedicated parking space.

the location is perfect. Room very cosy, clean, spacious
just a small point, there's was no watertap ( for the dog) at the first floor level. But not a big deal

Excellently appointed flat, lots of room, great views of town and beyond to hills.
Flat had all facilities I could have needed, including washing and drying room.
Goslar is a truly beautiful restored medieval town and cafes/shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
Nothing I can think of.
On top floor but staff carried my luggage on arrival and departure.

The breakfast was great. The lady who staffs it was wonderful and very jovial in the morning. She ensured that we had anything we needed and was ready to help us with questions about what to do. To add to all, the welcoming attitude of all who worked there.
This little "secret" is a great place to spend your time in Goslar and the Harz Mountains. There is nothing bad to say about it. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We had an apartment and it was wonderful and so much space was there.

We were put in the apartment and not the hotel. It was about a block away and very nice and spacious. Shower had 2 shower heads. Breakfast was good and they made hot chocolate for me. Located right in the center of the Old Town. It had the best room lighting of all the places we stayed. The room was exceptionally bright, you could read without difficulty.
A little challenging to find with all the narrow streets, but GPS got us there

We were greeted by a friendly host on arrival. She checked us in and walked us to our room which was in a different building. Parking was private and secured by a gate. The room was very clean and well appointed. We received a card with deals in local tourism sites and restaurants and had a nice meal at one of their partner sites. Breakfast was delicious with many choices in the main hotel restaourant. Located in the center of town this is a fabulous location for those looking to visit Goslar and the Harz.

Perfect location, walkable to everything. Charming Maisonette style rooms. Lovely breakfast (additional charge)
The first floor (sofa bed location) has lovely large windows which make it very bright at night due to the courtyard lights. Darker curtains would fix this!
