The rooms are big and clean, the stuff is very nice and welcoming, WiFi works great, breakfest is excellent and tasty with a wide variaty of food selection.
Location is a few minutes walk from the town center and a good starting point to travel the Harz region.
A coffie machine in the room would be nice.

We arrived a little late, but staff received us with open arms. After 21:00 we still were able to get dinner. Breakfast was amazing: lot of choice and staff was thoughtful if anything was missing. Presentation was awesome as well.

Staff , great sense of humour and obviously enjoy their jobs. The evening meal sitting outdoors was the best on our trip. Our room was spacious and light and bathroom was adequate. Parking was in the open next to the accomodation area which great for packing up, and quite safe.
I can understand why this hotel has so many returning guests.
Hope one day to return .
Our room was hot and stuffy during the evening and opening a window allowed traffic noise to disturb our sleep.. We had a fan which helps but it wasn't a solution .But our complain goes to mother nature. Breakfast was basic which was a surprise after our excellent cooked dinners the night before , but coffee was good..

Located steps from the Altstadt. Well-appointed with a good restaurant. Breakfast is German bog standard. Hygiene concept for the breakfast buffet made us feel secure. Employees sterilizing tables between diners was also good to see. The room was large, clean and had everything needed. The employees were generally friendly and helpful.

Parking on site. The friendly staff made it a pleasant stay. The breakfast was very good a big selection of food. The evening meals were very good and value for money.
For me, I would have liked shutters or at least better curtains for our room. The curtains didn't block any light. In the summer this would be a big problem for me.
