Reception staff very helpful. When I could not connect my tablet to hotel wifi, Stephen found a way to complete connection. And I am grateful that I was given an upgrade to superior single room 310. Overall.a very welcoming experience and I would gladly stay again.

Very close to the trainstation and about 10 minutes walk to the center.
Check-In easy and friendly. Room clean and newly renovated bathroom.
Our room (3rd floor) only had a small window and thus was fairly dark - which also made it cosy though. Fairly high price.

The staff was just fantastic! So helpful and very multilingual. The location was perfect right across from the train station.
There are a dozen or more stairs to get to the reception desk which was a struggle with lots of luggage. When I left at 6:45 am on a Sunday the reception desk was unstaffed which was a problem since I had not paid. The lobby lights were off and I could not find a way to turn them on so it was just emergency lights on making it quite dark and dangerous to navigate the stairs to exit the hotel with lots luggage.
