Friendly staff with lovely breakfast, room was big
The shower was very small
No lifts so had to lug your big bags up
4 stair cases so if your unable to do this this isn’t recommended for you but the view made it all worth it

Great breakfast, super clean and new/ well mantained instalations and super friendly staff. Hotel is in a cute building as well. I would stay there again for sure.
Also, super convenient location: ~6min from city center, walking by cute enxaimel houses.
Also close to a nice bar with games, called Das Kö
Sheets could be a bit better. But this was a Minor detail and I havent even mention to them, since everything else was really great, incluinding the fact that they provided a small fridge for our room, so I could store my medication. So really, I would totally stay there again.

Friendly hotel in a historic building original period details and a modern fittings in the room. Conveniently near the city centre. Local parking available. Very tasty breakfast.

As for the AC questions - the room has an AC but their were no remote controls to activate it - so I *guess* the remote controls are given only if it is very hot or for an additional payment -

Really liked this hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated and modern. The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is great!
Our room faced the street and it was very noisy until about midnight. The room was hot so we had to open the window a bit. Although there was an air conditioner in the room there was no remote for it. I would have paid extra but when I went down to the front desk no one was there.

+parking area available (private parking of hotel 5EUR/day is convenient in case car parked whole day or public parking behind free from 19h to 10h) (parking in front free from 19h to 8h)
+ well sorted breakfast
+ big rooms, new bathroom
+ nice staff
+ easy check in and check out
- entrance to lobby with 5 steps that can be limiting guests not able to carry baggages to the lobby
- not sure if there is a lift from lobby to first floor: in any case nobody indicated existing or helped my colleague with a big baggage because coming from another region for several weeks and not carrying any small trolley but big one.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the centre. On site parking at rear. Excellent breakfast - more than I expected in a German hotel. Excellent staff.
I paid for an upgrade 'room with a view' but should not have - the view was out to the rear essentially over the flat roof of a double garage. My only quibble with the place.

Such a beautiful hotel! Great location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast. The room exceeded our expectations and was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel when in Goslar!

Missing a furniture to put the suitcase on.
