Wonderful
The location is the best. The hotel landscape is amazing and scenic. There are steps to go up to lobby, but the staff are helpful. If you have big luggage, you can tell them to help or open the elevator from restaurant? to transfer your luggage. The room is spacious and bathroom is good. The breakfast is great and various. Dining room is nice and lovely. Will stay here again if we go to Goslar.
There is only the call switch in elevator, without up or down sign. So, it may confuse customers in rush hour.

Nice atmosphere, very central.
No free parking, the wellness facilities was not well explained , difficult to find facilities (I never found the sauna) - wellness not good Dokumentes - I went three times to my room and back to be dressed for entrance, - so Wellness facilities too overrated , the hotel should prioritee this subject Moore.

The SPA was excellent - 3 different saunas with a plunge pool - enabled me to relax at the end of some very intensive working days

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, with ample parking space in front of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. We requested for baby cots, that were pre-arranged for us. Staff was helpful and accomodated us for a early check-in. The hotel is big, and sometimes difficult to find your way out/in. Indoor (heated) swimming pool was a big big advantage to this property.
Parking in front of the hotel did not seem to be very safe at night. Prefer to park inside (for a charge). If you are travelling with stroller, the access is not very convenient. Electric car charging station at the hotel did not work.

Near to the Center, hardly 500 m from the train station.
