The location is good, and I liked the surroundings and accessibility
Location is good, but the stay was just okay — not as expected. There was no hot water, no Wi-Fi, and no entertainment as the remote wasn't working. Also, the response from the front desk was not good

Service is excellent ? it's a hotel with senior citizen as a target group but the staffs and the facilities are kids friendly. our kids love our stay, the bigger one likes the billiards and football table, the small one loves the playroom. Guess have fix table at the restaurant, so it's avoiding waiting time or chaos during breakfast or dinner. Very organized! Food are fine and we love the full meal!! the fact that I don't have to cook during holiday is a plus. ? The bar is nice to close the day.
It's hard to find what we don't like. We know it's an old building, so we are prepared with these classics furniture, carpet or key etc. we don't have problem with it. Window and door are old, we can hear wind through, but its soothing sound. A socket near bed would be nice though..

Not a lot.
Sad, run down, rules and forbidden activities over the top. Food was awful. All inclusive is a misnomer. East German hospitality reigns.

Location is good
An old and outdated hotel. Pool area does not live up to the pictures and overall paintwork, carpets etc. needs modernization. No AC and generally bad ventilation in rooms. Not possible to charge electric vehicles.

Staff were wellcome and friendly, parking has a lot of space , hotel is well positioned , the end!
Well , I understand saving money , But when it comes to swim in cold water , I don’t understand , but hey , thank you hotel management , breakfast was decent , coffee horrible , better drink it somewhere else , room had a weird smell , and definitely very outdated ,thank you for a decent stay

This is a nice and quiet place to spend a weekend. The views from the balcony are very nice. Very nice family atmosphere. The provided food is typical and in abundance.
The whole hotel is a bit outdated, and the value for money is not the best. There is only one sauna place and you have to pay extra to use it.

Bed was really comfortable, room very bright and airy,evening meal and breakfast was very tasty,lots of choices, help yourself buffet style.
