Shower in the middle of the room, only sink available also in the room. Very few shower gels and no shampoo / conditioner available

It was not too far from the old town
We didn't like to be in another house having to walk on the cobblestone street to the restaurant for breakfast .
The shower was not fixed properly. We didn't enjoy breakfast and went out instead.

Goslar is a beautiful medieval town with lots of history. we were only passing through so could not see everything we would have liked to, but what we saw was great!
Parking is difficult in the centre, but we were lucky, as Saturday evening and Sunday are free.

Friendly hostess. Good location.
stale cigarette smoke in halls, no breakfast or tea Or coffee. Steep stairs badly lit. No one at desk even early in the evening. Outside entrance needs rail. Cold evening required more bedcoverings

Not much. Good location. Thats about it.
The smell of cigarettes permitted the entire hotel. Breakfast was listed as included but was not. The lights in the hallway would flicker and would seem to turn off every time I used the stairs. The Wi-Fi was abysmal and would show it was connected but never was. Hotel manager left early and wasnt around to help if there was an issue. Locked the parking lot as well so I couldnt access my car. Would not recommend this place to my mortal enemy.

On Booking.com it is not mentioned that they include breakfast and when I asked if the breakfast is included or not while booking the hotel, booking.com replied yes and I don't have to pay anything extra. But this is not true, I had to pay for breakfast separately when I was there.
