The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. They were happy to give us mugs of hot water to take up to our rooms for tea in the evening! Nice location, walkable to town, covered parking on site. Great breakfast!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Parking at the hotel was well organised with an allocated parking space so you always knew you would find a space. The gentleman who worked reception and the bar made outstanding cocktails which were very reasonably priced.

Excellent location! The property is brand new and offers a great breakfast.
As Americans were accustomed to year round climate control in hotels. Our room was a little stuffy at first but there is the option of opening a door or window, which over time vents the room out nicely during the fall and spring seasons.

The room given to us was a great size. The breakfast area was large and had a good variety of foods. All of the staff were lovely!! They are very organized with check-in and parking assignments. There is a lovely seating area outside and inside the lobby. It was a terrific stay!
The entrance from the street is a tight corner for turning (mild imposition).

Very well run hotel, everything is well designed, clean and in good state. Personnel are warm and friendly.
One of the few hotels that have enough EV charging stations, and offer the option to reserve such parking.
Very nice breakfast, good choice of food and well presented.
Car parking lots are quite narrow.
Immediate neighborhood of the hotel is not that great, but the historic center of Goslar is just a short walk away.

Very nice hotel located close to the city centre. The room was nicely laid out and even though the train was running close to the hotel, there was nothing to hear.
