Rooms need to get renovated ... very old fashioned ... plastic horrible smelling curtain in the shower instead of a true glas door ... in general the bathroom needs urgently some renovation
Service in the restaurant absolutely not attentive, you had to ask over and over again if you wanted to order something, food however was fine

Although there is nothing on the menu for kids, they offered a small choice, which also turned out to be cheap in the end.
The food on the menu is quite pricey and could have been better and prepared with more care. Rooms are pretty warm, even with heating turned down and windows open.

Excellent atmosphere in the hotel, a friendly and hospitable staff. Breakfast is fine - fresh and tasty. The hotel restaurant is a CHAMPIONSHIP of cuisine. Beautiful view of the valley and the river. A very positive experience.
