The staff were all lovely and welcoming, The breakfasts had plenty of choice and always fresh
The flood in my bathroom on first night from a split pipe above my room and although dealt with and room moved there was no offer/suggestion of compensation reduction even a free drink or 2 in the bar would have been something for the inconvenience and then not being next door to my mums room. The toilet flush stuck on the last morning. The noise from building works going on...only noticed when moved to my new room.. Had to ask for a kettle and cup, bought up fine and quickly but no tea/coffee etc

This hotel used to be the Maritim Hotel, which was very nice. Location is a quick walk into town.
Under the new name Plaza. Renovations are being done and it is NOISY! None of the rooms are finished; the carpet is stained, baths dirty, furniture dinged up and overly used. Breakfast is OVERPRICED. Plans for the remodel look nice but this hotel is a HARD NO until it is complete.

Location
In general, the hotel is not bad, but: 1. Rooms need repair and replacement of furniture 2. For a 4-star hotel, a kettle and more cosmetics are needed in the room 3. During the entire stay in the hotel, repair work was being carried out, it was very noisy in the room during the day, it was impossible to rest from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the walls were shaking and the perforator was working. You were obliged to warn the guests about this!!!

clean room, nice surrounding area, private parking, very friendly reception desk. I have a problem with the TV that cannot be turned on, then I directly received the changes room.
Need to put the decoration on the hallway to the room after I get off the elevator, because it seems too "empty" and "old"
