Very clean and the staff was very helpful and supportive.
The hotel itself and staff were fantastic. The only challenge was if you wanted a little grocery store to grab any food but that can always be done when in town or use the restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs. They have a very secure car park for additional €10 per night charge.. They also serve the best local beer which we enjoyed every evening.
The rooms are quite small but we had everything we needed.

The hotel is located just a short walk from Veltins Arena, which was the main advantage for us since we attended the game at the stadium. Rooms are a bit outdated, but very clean. Good breakfasts.

modern lobby, friendly staff, lot of free parking available, higher room gave us a great view and lot of natural light. very quiet and peaceful.
breakfast could have been better, eggs are probably the ones that comes as mixed liquid in packaging. carpets were laid in the room on unfinished flooring underneath, so there were quite a lot of lumps on the floor (which was slightly strange)

Location to Medecus rehab facility
I was here for a major back surgery one week before being switched from hospital to this hotel for rehab. THE BEDS ARE INIMAGINABLY TERRIBLE GOR SERIOUS BACK SURGERY PATIENTS!! No support and terrible soft. Like swimming in the bed. Bending and twisting the spine at absolutely the wrong time! And the a/c does not work! I switched to a better hotel with better beds 15 minutes away. I was and still am livid!

Location was more than ideal for Veltins-Arena and room had everything needed and more.
Our room wasn’t until 6pm luckily we arrived slyer than planned.
