Good
The hotel's location, the usefulness of the parking, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff.
Although it is rated as a 4-star hotel, the rooms did not have air conditioning.
The staff tried to help us with a fan, but in a hotel with approximately 150 rooms they only had 60/70 fans.
The staff tried to make the stay more pleasant but it was very hot.
The hotel parking is quite small but very useful.
The staff told us that next year the hotel will solve the air conditioning problem through a modernization, but we paid for a service that was not up to European 4-star standards.
Congratulations to the staff for their availability and kindness in order to improve the conditions offered to customers.

Wonderful
Really loved Fussen and the hotel was perfectly situated. Very convenient to have parking on site. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an actual bath in the bathroom. We also had a great view of the castle and the mountains.
Our room was quite dark with only two lamps and not a central light. The bath took a while to empty. The parking was very tight and several cars had taken up two places. Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities.

The location was excellent. Everything was great
The reception staff of such a prestigious place should be well informed about the common tourist attractions and how to guide the guests.
