The receptionist was friendly and clear in her instructions.
There was a sink in the room.
The place did not have enough parking spots, but the receptionist told me about free parking spaces nearby.
The room is very small for 4 - it's enough to sleep but we did not even have enough place for our two suitcases.

Very Good
Very good breakfast, close to the castle area and nice availability of parking lot. Plus, Christoph, at the reception, was very kind.
Cleanliness could be improved overall and the room was without towels and soap – Okay, it's a hostel, but since I booked a room with a private bathroom, that's a service I expect.

Too much noise, charges extra for city tax(3 euro) and some kind of membership(3.5 euro), no soap, shampoo or even hair dryer.

The hostel is located near the train station, therefore we could arrive there fast and conveniently. From the very beginning we were treated very nicely and our needs were fully fulfilled. Christoph was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The facility has a lot to offer (you can spend your leisure time more or less actively) - you can choose from table tennis, movies, board games, football/basketball - and all of that is free of charge. Another advantage is the possibility to wash and dry your clothes, just for a small fee.
The breakfast was more varied than we expected. In addition, complimentary water, tea and juices are available all day (just for the coffee you have to pay 1€).
Overall, it was a really good value for money. We usually do not stay in hostels or similar facilities, but we were truly satisfied with this choice.
It was a bit problematic for us to arrive within the operating times of reception. We would add at least one hot meal to the breakfast buffet (sausages/scrambled eggs or whatever) and a small simple kitchen for the guests so that they can prepare their own meals (equipped with a fridge, sink, microwave - this would be enough in our opinion).
Our stay was really lovely, those are just suggestions to satisfy the future guests even more :)

Room has its own bathroom and shower. It was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and warm. The room was very quiet.
The staff requires us to buy the membership stamp because they said only members can stay in the hostel, which costs €3/person! I thought we only need to pay around €82 according to the price shown on Bookings, but eventually we paid around €93. There’s some invisible charges that will occur when you check in.

Location is nice, servers are very nice and friendly with people. Although I booked the bed in dormitory, but Iwas only one to own the whole room, nice experience. Moreover, I got a Tagesticket from Reception, for taking bus.

Excellent breakfast. Somewhat variable based on who's staying at the hostel (e.g. they didn't have eggs one day), but a healthy and satisfying breakfast nevertheless. Wonderful bread and fresh fruit selection. Exceptional staff. While I was there, there were very few guest, so the house was quiet. It was like a retreat center for me. Lovely.
Next to train tracks, so you can hear the train pass at times. Hand towel machine in bathroom was broken and not repaired during stay; I had to go to the Washraum to use hand towel machine there.

The hostel was amazing and the staff were really welcoming. It is located in a quiet and calm part of the city, but it's still close to the train station (10-15min walk). There are two supermarkets close to the accommodation. The breakfast was good. There is a machine for juice everyone can use - it's free and available the whole day. A dispenser for mineral water is provided. The guests of the hostel receive a discount card for the transport in the city. The bathrooms and the toilets are in separate rooms, but are connected with a door. Everything was well maintained and really clean.
The only downside is that the doors of the rooms didn't lock, however big lockers were provided in the rooms. Also, the beds were a bit squeaky.
