It’s a small comfortable place with nice service, great location and affordable price which was much better than I expected from random reviews with low score
I could hear people in the doorway clearly. Not exactly sure whether it was because of the door itself or not. Secondly, the clearness can be improved as I saw some dust on the shelves and heater

Staff was helpful, ample parking.
Very tiny room, no facilities, extremely over priced, checki n at 4 and checkout at 10. What do they do for 6 hours? No elevators. Will not recommend this hotel especially to families.

The location of this hotel was ideal: walking distance to the old city as well as numerous restaurants. We had a view of Neuschwanstein from our balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, the neighborhood is nice, and the staff was helpful and courteous. It was a little pricey but it's summer in Europe. No breakfast is included but there is a small coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar in the common area.
Small pastries for breakfast would have been nice. We also had to close our balcony door in the evening because of the guest in the next room smoking on their balcony. This made the room kind of hot.

Very friendly staff. The place was very clean and cozy. They also gave us free bus transportation tickets and discounted tickets to visit the castle.

Tea and coffee making facilities were made available. We had access to the dining area which had a toaster and a kettle, cutlery and crockery was basic. Oggy gave us the bus passes and some suggestions for restaurants.

Very close to the town center (Fuessen is very nice) and a good place to sleep for the castles visit. In this structure there is a balcony with a nice view of Neuschwanstein Castle.
