Room. breakfast and location where all very good. Very clean and quit. Breakfast was traditional and excellent. You can not ask for a better location in town.
There was construction across the while front of the hotel making it a challenge to get in and out. The restaurant could only be accessed by going outside and around the construction. If you have a large car the parking garage will be a challenge to get in and out off.

Central location, modern rooms, plentiful breakfast.
There is a noisy construction site right at the main entrance (March 2026), and also at the hotel’s garage.

Breakfast was excellent.
The parking was under hotel withe very little room for getting a car in and out.
In addition at no fault of the hotel, the entire front walkway street and parts of the building was under construction making it even harder to maneuver around.

Nice rooms, clean, comfortable.
Even though we reserve parking at hotel they sent us three blocks to a different one. Hotel employees weren’t friendly or care. Not a god experience.

Food was good quality and staff was helpful. Parking ramp toght to maneuver. Music in the restaurant needs a refresh as it sounded like elevator muzak and was repetitive. Pandora could be used as many genre's are available.

The hotel was in a good location.
The spa hours were very limited. It seemed they were open in the middle of the day when we were out exploring.
The drink tickets required us to order food to redeem them. We didn't have a chance to use them. Also the parking area is very tight even for a small car.

It was very convenient that the property offers a room for three people, as such accommodations can be difficult to find when traveling in Europe. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of both the train and bus stations.
Overall, the staff were not very welcoming, with the exception of one female staff member. Little to no information was provided about the surrounding area or upcoming events. When we inquired about the New Year’s Eve fireworks, one staff member appeared unwilling to assist and offered only a brief, one-word response, as if we were expected to already know the area well.

We needed a hotel near Neuschwanstein Castle for one night, and this hotel and room fit what my son and I needed perfectly. I was sorry that I couldn't spend more time in the area or at the hotel, as we were just passing through. We had a car, and the hotel was able to reserve a spot for us in an underground parking garage close by for the night.
The woman at the front desk was a little snippy when I checked out.
