The views from the hotel of the lake are amazing, although I booked a room without that view. Breakfast was fairly simple but good. I was also provided with a local card giving discounts to some sights and attractions in the area.

Nice location at the lake with view. Nice bakery shop just beside. Newly renovated room (but not bathrooms).
Unfortunately there is a street in front of the property. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Also the pillows were just lumps. The bathroom was very old and smelly with a bathtub shower and curtain. I wouldn’t categorize this place as a hotel.

Excellent hotel, with an amazing view to the lake. The staf is friendly and helpfull. I recommend trying the local restaurant. The food is really great.

Location, breakfast, staff, atmosphere of the hotel. We’ve booked to be close for visit to Neuschwanstein Castle the next morning.

Very clean. Great location. And the room was well furnished.
The breakfast and dinner staff were incredibly and consistently rude. I asked for a second cup of coffee (in German) and when it didn’t appear I politely asked again - and the waitress shouted at me. When I asked for more milk, a different waitress rolled her eyes at me.

The Location itself, the property faces Hopfen see Lake in Füssen. Excellent and supportive staff. The room was ready which helped me check in early.
Limited number of parking at the property. Breakfast needs some improvement too.

Wonderful
Very nice hotel just by the lake. Well serviced with parking, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast.
No ac in the actual room which is a shame, can be hot on a warm summer day.
