We loved the authentic charm, incredible views, modern and clean rooms. We also loved the beautiful wellness centre, the delicious food for evening food and breakfast and the amazing friendly staff! We are already looking at rebooking and bringing family and friends!
Dining being closed Monday and Tuesday. We would love to have to eaten there every night as it was so delicious and convenient!

Stunning views, lovely hotel beautifully updated to keep a traditional feel. Great stay for our visit to Neuschwanstein Castle.
The bed is a little firm for my liking but that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

Beautiful view out of balcony, staff was friendly, could dine in, very clean, breakfast was wonderful.
The pillows were like a loose cotton bag. Only downside of the hotel.

Location was excellent and the views are beautiful. I loved the underground parking. The walks arround the hotel are also beautiful. Loaction is only 10 to 15 minutes to Fussen.
Internet is very slow sometimes.

Breakfast was great, everything was really clean and the staff were all very friendly! Stayed for one night only but it was very comfortable. We visited the spa and it was nice! Saunas were great but the pool was a bit too cool for my taste since we were there during cold weather.

Recently renovated, all very new and functional. Attention to details. Spa up to standard, we liked the lemon scented Aufguss and the waterbeds in relax area. Great view down to schwangau

A wonderfully welcoming hotel. Traditional feel with wonderful staff. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional and our room was spacious.
It would have been nice if parking was not a charge - it is not a town or city location.

Staff was super accommodating and helpful. I arrived late but they made it work, which was wonderful after a long drive. It was also very close to the autobahn and easy to find.

A small family hotel in a small town near the castles. Quiet, beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. Friendly staff, delicious food, good service. Large parking lot next to the hotel.
Uncomfortable pillows (in my opinion).
