Lovely view of the lake. Spacious, spotless room. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Helpful, friendly staff (including super-helpful Milo, the young woman from Chile who brought us extra pillows and then helped serve us dinner, and the bright Hungarian woman who also helped serve dinner — all standouts).
Farm odors outside — but it smelled great inside and we loved the provided soap and lotion!

Location, View, Facilities. Room. Spa. Swimming pool. Etc, etc. etc...
Heated swimming pool was quite not warm enough.
An extra couple of degrees would had made a lovely difference for the end of a cold day.
Which did not matter the day after under the shinning sun

Amazing location right on the lakeside with alpine views. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good - friendly, helpful staff.
The spa facilities were a little underwhelming. There was no hot tub and the outdoor pool was not that warm. There was a facility to order drinks to the spa using a QR code but they never arrived.

Beautiful location and property. Great room
We had our child with us and we weren’t allowed to use the pool, this was the reason we booked this hotel. We also didn’t like that we had to pay extra for our coffe pods for the coffe machine in the bedroom. We just felt that for the price we payed things like good service are to be expected.

Breakfast was awesome. Location terrific. Super nice area.
While the room had A/C, it was still very warm in the room. This was during a prolonged hot spell, but it seemed like the A/C couldn't keep up with the heat.

The breakfast was very good. The room was beautiful and expansive. The staff were wonderfully supportive and helpful. The facilities are beautiful and the location is unbeatable. Even if you don't reserve parking in time, the parking across the street is safe and economical.
The refrigerator is a joke. Spend a little more money and get one that works. The elevator was exceedingly slow. If very many guests want to use the pool space, there isn't really enough seating, and not enough umbrellas.

This property shouldn’t be open yet. It’s too new. Not everything is working. They are still fixing thing. Air conditioning wasn’t fully working. And don’t get me started with the elevator, that this takes forever. Even the numbers aren’t correct. And for the price
