Staff extremely nice, rooms large clean and comfy, one room had a nice balcony; very easy to park and check in. They organized that the room was accessible by elevator. Breakfast was high quality!

My room was on the third floor for which there was a lift or stairs. First impressions of the hotel were one of a modern appearance and well designed. It was going to prove to be an excellent choice There was plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel and overall its location proved to be easily accessible from the autobahn and via the local tram into FREIBURG. I enjoyed an excellent dinner with breakfast proving to be equally of high quality, overall a good choice and one that lives exactly up to its description, in my view an excellent hotel to stay at if travelling independently and wanting to visit the city of Freiburg.
There was nothing that I disliked, the staff were welcoming and informative and the service was excellent especially the attentiveness of the staff member from the US who served me at breakfast.

Small and cosy hotel, connected to a restaurant. Parking, wifi, dinner.
At the evening parking may be busy, plenty of people coming to have a dinner at the restaurant. Furniture and place overall is not new, but you're getting value for money.

The room, the staff and the food. The room was really clean and tidy, I could have a good relax there. The staff was really helpful and nice (thank you very much for a good coffee). The breakfast was good and I could enjoy it.
Location - it was a little long way to the tram to go to city centre. But the service I received and nice people was the best reward and compensated this slight inconvenience.

comfortable room and helpful freindly staff. good location for getting to the old town once you get the hang of the tram system. location in a quiet residential street
i did request a quiet room so was given a room on the top floor. only problem with this was you could hear the continous noise from the nearby motorway. also, just had s hower over the bath rather than a walk in shower - but that is just my personal preference
