Speaker in the room. Ultra center location and underground parking nearby. Friendly and warm staff.
Drinks at the bar are overpriced for the quality. Gin Tonic with Beefeater. Limoncello spritz that is just lemon juice with alcohol taste. 27 euros.

The location is excellent. the style is modern. The staff was really friendly.
The room was so small and didn't even have closets to store my clothes. that was very disappointing for the rate I paid. Also there was no service to make the bed or tidy up /clean the bathroom during the whole stay.

Check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The hotel is nicely and modernly decorated. The staff were all friendly. There is a rooftop and bar that has a very nice vibe, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
The room was very small, even though we payed for a bigger one.
Anything that you could want from the bar has to be paid for unless is part of the breakfast. So if you want a coffee or a tea in the middle of the day, you need to pay for those and the prices are not that low.
The bathroom has a glass door, which makes it not ideal for privacy reasons.

Staff was welcoming and the place had a good vibe. Clean, very well located. It was the perfect place to spend 3 days visiting the Christmas Markets.
Beds are very low so it could be hard for some people to go in and out. They’re super comfortable.

Room was clean great shower. Not what we had ex ppl acted being world travelers.
Bigger bed. No closets. No drawers. At first our bed was on the floor like cot beds. Asked for normal bed off ground. Staff was accommodating. However, small room no room to put items. This hotel has no lobby. Check in and info at bar. No phone in rooms. This hotel really only for 1 for 2 days not 5.

Accommodating staff went above and beyond. Platform bed set-up felt cozy, complete with very comfortable mattress & linens. Great location for visiting the Christmas markets! Abundant retail & restaurants. Highly recommend!

It used to offer a chocolate and one bottle of water at arrival, which was very helpful, specially when you arrive on Sunday. The chocolate is a treat, but water is kind of basic, I miss it. I updated my room, and while it was indeed bigger, I expected at least an armchair, which I got in years past in cheaper rooms. The prices have been going up and the details that make the stay pleasant are being cut, which are decreasing the value of cost-benefit

Usual good vibe at Ruby properties. Party location on Saturday. Used bikes - was fun as excellent bike paths in town.

Overall, a very clean comfortable place to stay. The area is super nice/clean with many high end brands having stores around. Read some comments regarding the bed but i didn't find anything odd and it was comfortable.
Just a side note, shower and toilet are not separated.

Hotel is fancy and stylish. It is located in a business area near to boutiques and nice offices. I like the Marshall stereo and the super-star mirror. Breakfast was very good and a bit posh with smoked fish, variety of cheeses and meats, fresh vegetables, omelett. Good coffee.
The bed was awful! You do not understand this from the pictures, but it is literally a matress on the floor! Very narrow and bumpy matress lies on the floor in a so-called podium. No bed available. Huge TV is situated exactly above your head, and you can't avoid bumping into it when crawling out of the bed in the morning. Does not fit 2 persons, not suitable for business, and not recommended(((
