Staff made everything in their power to make our stay as good as possible. Location is very convenient, not even a block away from the subway station. Rooms were squeaky clean and breakfast was very good.

In general lines, it was an excelent stay for me. The hotel is very good, very confortable, well located, clean and the staff, specially a Brazilian man, was terificc !!! so kind and helpfull !!!please congratulate this employee, because he is really above any expecattions.
The only points I did not liked - I have asked some days for a wake-up call, at 7am. They call me 7;27h one day and the other day 7:45am, very late.

Pleasant
The hotel is located on the east side of the city center, which you can reach in 15' by taking public transportation. Although it is located near the main street, very little noise can be heard inside the room.
Breakfast was good and served until late in the morning.
Some hotel staff was kind enough to change us room when noisy neighbors wouldn't stop partying. Communication was directly at their neighbor's door.
Gym is a small room and can fit maximum 4 people.
Floor carpet could be cleaner inside the rooms.
Some other hotel staff were uninterested in helping me with noisy neighbors. It just seemed normal to them that some people could be loud at night!

It's right next to the U! That was priceless when you have people with mobility issues. The bus stop was a 3 minute walk. There's a really good cafe right across from it and a couple of stores very close by for anything you might need. The area was safe, even very late at night. There are restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was very good.
Only one working elevator. There was a night when about 100 people going on a tour checked-in at the same time. They had tons of luggage so trying to take the only working elevator was a nightmare. Using the stairs is but an issue as long as you don't have mobility problems. The carpets are looking a little dated/stained

I can’t remember his name the young pleasant Filipino gentleman who works evening shift manager. He is very respectful, goes out of his way in assisting in all our needs. Rare to have this type of service. Give him a handshake. He is a gem.

The Hotel was very clean.
There is a subway station right outside the property.
The breakfast was excellent.
The staff were generally polite
I work in hospitality & travel tech , yet never managed to check in online and get an e key. The Hilton app is simply horrible.
Additionally, I had amended my card for this booking and yet the staff charged the one I had originally given. Upon check-in I was given the excuse that the other card was expired , however, the other card had an expiration date of 2027. Additionally, I was overcharged, by a small amount which was refunded , but I didn't appreciate the excuses.

Great value for money. Once the receptionist heard that I'll be staying with my brother she offered us an extra duvet set for convenience. The breakfast was amazing, there was even a waffle machine. The hotel is right next to the Ubahn and Ostbahn train stations and a tram stop. There was a huge REVE market in short distance. The rooms were spacious for 2 and completely sound proof concerning our room was facing the railway station. They also offered daily cleaning.
There could've been free water in the rooms. The safe was not functioning. Everything else was great!
