Breakfast was great and the rooms are great. The staff is friendly and location is ok. Between the bagnhof and old town. Also right next to the museum ufer. Can recommend overall
The area is a bit dodgy, but dangerous but a bit dodgy with strange individuals roaming around. Thing that i didnt like is that room cleaning service needs to explicitly requested ? otherwise they will not do anything

The staff was wonderful. We came from another country but the staff was well versed and able to communicate and answer all of our questions.
The breakfast was the best that we ever had EXCELLENT. Will stay exclusively with Scandic if it is an option. 15 star rating

Truly Exceptional, I’ve had the best possible experience at the Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer hotel, the location was perfect, the staff were really kind, hotel room, bathroom and gym were clean. They even gave us early check in and late check out for free, I really had a great time staying there in their superior view room and would come back again every time.
I recommend you go to this hotel if you want to have the best experience in frankfurt

Had trouble booking a handicap/disabled person room through Booking.com and had to work directly with the hotel because Booking.com didn't have the right room selection information.

The hotel is located close to the Hauptbahnhof, in a safe and quiet section.
The room is confortable, with a fantastic view of the skyline. The staff is professional.
A special mention for the breakfast, which is really great.
The fridge in my room was out of order. But this is relatively minor and can be fixed easily.

Everything was really nice, great breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows and very clean. Short walk from train station.
The only thing was water from the shower made big puddle outside of shower stall, even with door closed.

Firstly no phone in the room u have use ur cellphone to call the reception!! No room service either … at least not really , you have to request it and then u can’t know for sure what time they will clean !! It might take a whole day for them to show up lol . No trolley or luggage service either

I had stayed more than 10 times at this hotel over the past 10 years but I find that the service there is going downhill. In future I will avoid staying there again.
When I asked why my room wasn't cleaned on the second day of my stay I was told that I first had to apply for such a service via scanning in a QR code on my mobile. This, they explained, was all for the sake of "sustainability". Somewhat irritated about this inconvenience, I retorted that this was just virtue-signalling BS. The true reason why they created this hurdle was to save cost. The guy at the reception got upset and berated me for my bad attitude and told me those were just my opinions (which I should keep to myself)!
When the cleaning staff finally appeared to empty my trash can they couldn't communicate either in English or in German. For the sake of cost-cutting, the hotel apparently subcontracts such work to companies which hire poorly paid immigrants. I have nothing against immigrants and prefer them to be well paid and to be provided language lessons to make their lives and work easier.
My room was also uncomfortably cold for the winter weather outside. So presumably, for the sake of "sustainability", the Scandic Hotel also saves on heating bills by deactivating the controls on the aircon units to raise the room temperature.
The hotel also no longer provides the espresso machines which all the rooms once had. I guess, that too serves the Scandic's "sustainability" goals.
And to improve the world, the hotel also no longer seems to provide laundry services. So, be prepared to wash (as I did) your underwear and your socks in the sink while you stay at the Scandic.
I am very much in favour of "sustainability" and environmentally friendly policies such as using the same towels for several days and changing the bed sheets only every few days. But the Scandic shouldn't insult the intelligence of its guests.
