The staff have been very attentive, very friendly and it was a pleasure. The brekkie was on of the best i ever had in Frankfurt with a big choice of organic food. Amazing quality
The lobby was lovely designed, but at all the time very chilly as the revolving door was not working and the side entrance could not proper close sometimes. Not really relaxing

I have stayed at the hotel several times. This time one could really see signs of use and things were some update would really have been needed.

The Scandic has amazing views, quiet rooms, one of the best breakfasts I've encountered. But the best part is the staff. They are so friendly and professional and just make me feel welcome every time. I really appreciate it.

Great simple rooms, without any unnecessary additional things (mini bar, comsmetic appliance). There is everything in the room that you need to be comfortable. I always sleep great there. The bed and the linings are just perfect for me. And great view on the buildings. Upper floor the better.
No such thing. Everything was just great, especially the breakfast. You can get what you need. I loved the juicer.
