This hotel was great value for money. The room was really nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine and the shower worked well.
I paid extra for breakfast and it was quite nice with a decent selection of hot and cold food. Although unfortunately the hot food wasn't very hot, as is always the case when there is a buffet.
The location is good with an U-Bahn stop quite close and S-Bahn (Hauptwache) about 10 minutes walk away. The Hbf is only two stops from Hauptwache so most trains go through the station and it's a lively shopping area.
I would definitely recommend Turm Hotel for a stay in Frankfurt.
I think the only thing missing was to have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's a little surprising as the room is otherwise well equipped with even a fridge. It's only an observation and not a big negative.

Central to town centre, within walking distance to three metro stations.
Around the corner from supermarkets and cafes/restaurants.
No central ceiling in the room, only lamps. Therefore lighting too dull with no option to brighten the lamps.

The personal and thoughtful approach of the staff inspires a sense of gratitude. As someone who travels extensively around the world, I know this is not something to take for granted.
The breakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious.
The room is very spacious, well-equipped and clean.
