Very clean room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did fill request for different blankets for the room. The water was free in the room.
The bathroom we had in our room was a bit to tight. Had to step into the shower to open the door and did not have enough room to brush my long hair.

It was super close to the main area for sightseeing, shopping with a huge choice of food. The hotel was amazing, its infrastructure was great, the breakfast was wonderful with a good selection.
I booked a family room and found the bed to be quite small - also my fault as it did mention that the bed was 131-151cm. Unfortunately when booking, you don’t realise the size of the bed until you experience it.

The location was great for walking around town and shopping and eating. It was close to several restaurant options and the main shopping area.
The food at the hotel itself was lacking. The food we ate in the lounge was mediocre at best.
