The hotel itself is very nice. Nothing to complain.
The location at the main station in Frankfurt is on the one hand really convenient but on the other hand it’s a neighborhood where you don’t want to go out.

Proximity to station
I arrived in the evening, temperatures were around zero degrees. When I entered the room it was extremely cold in the room as the window was completely open. The toilet seat was dirty, stains of what to me looked like period stains. Disgusting. Also, quite dusty, especially the power outlets. I went to the reception to complain, the feedback: ok, we inform the relevant cleaning staff. That's it. Next day upon checkup I complained again and was offered their apologies and a cup of coffee.

It’s like the bathroom was from a 1970‘s public hospital :D not even a shelf for soap or toiletry bag. Hd to put my own stuff on the toilet lid. totally not worth 300€ a night.
