The room we got was absolutely fantastic. The view was the best we could have hoped for, and it was very spacious. Breakfast was diverse and good. We loved the sauna and pool area as well (we only wished the sauna was open early in the morning).
Though we thoroughly enjoyed the stay in itself, we had sent a few messages to the team prior to check-in, which remained unanswered. It's not the end of the world, but it caused us a bit of anxiety around our stay. We would have appreciated a reply.

The bathroom does not have ventilation, not really good for comfort.

They allowed early check in, supported my questions (in English) and were friendly about everything. Pool on the 9th floor was great.
We had a bite in the restaurant by the lobby, nothing fancy but nothing great either. It was just ok. The room was fine and I get you pay for location; 5 minutes to the airport.

The Hotel overall with swimming pool, fitness possibilities, running area directly out side of the hotel and restaurants are were great. The breakfast itself was amazing,
The size and comfort of the room. To be honest I was a little dissapointed of the room itself. It was very, very tiny. For that price and the name Steigenberger I would have expected a little bit more comfort of the room.

The room was beat up, bathroom door didn't work, light in bathroom only worked when living room light was on, thermostat was broken, they said maintenance would be right up, they never showed.
