The staff were not very friendly, especially at reception. The elevator system does not make sense, the gym is very small, and the prices are high. Additionally, one of the TVs was not working.

The access to the hotel, but that was due to some outside construction works.

The location is veryynice, super close to a park as well the main pedestrian are of Frankfurt city centre and the opera plus a lot of restaurants . Great bed which has been very comfortable.
The room was nice located with a view to the park BUT you could not manage to get the room real warm. Furthermore the style was not really modern and spots on the floor tiles and on the table which have been in the material and couldn‘t be removed. Public swimming area very slippery, SPA relaxing area not pleasant because directly close to the SPA reception counter where the door to the SPA was opened very often so that we could not really relax.
